The terms and conditions govern the relationship between Ti Shop Da Luisa Alessia and its customers.

Ti Shop Da Luisa Alessia may change them at any time.

The prices indicated in the order confirmation will be binding, in Swiss francs (CHF) and including VAT.

The customer must provide the information requested when ordering, correctly and truthfully.
Ti shop disclaims any responsibility if there are any errors in product images, text or price.

By sending the order, the customer accepts the terms and conditions listed here.

Payment upon collection of the goods at the store

A valid and binding confirmation will be sent at the time of the order.
It will count as an invoice and delivery terms will be established.

Shipment
Shipments will only be made in Switzerland.
Delivery will be by Mail up to a maximum of 20Kg (no signature fee) excluding bulky and fragile items such as cages, aquariums, …
For special and bulky items, conditions, charges and delivery terms will be determined in advance.
The customer will be responsible for the delivery by Swiss Post, will have to organize if not available or will be able to indicate another address for delivery.

The shipment will be carried out between 2 and 4 working days (depending on holidays, between 4 and 6 days).
Delivery terms and dates are not binding.
In case of delay, due to stock reasons or by our suppliers, it will be promptly communicated to the customer.

Warranty

The original photos of the products with dimensions, structures, colors, etc., may contain variations.
All items are guaranteed by the manufacturer.
In case of justified defects, they must be communicated by letter or email no later than 5 days from the date of delivery of the goods.
shall have the right to remedy the defect or if appropriate to replace it.
Further claims for damages caused by the buyer will be excluded.

Shipping charges:

Shipping costs for orders up to CHF 50 are CHF 9 (max 10kg).
Above CHF 50.00 CHF 0 (up to a maximum weight of 20kg and non-bulky items).

Express shipping, bulky or truck items costs will be disclosed and billed separately (pickup at our store preferred).
The return of any items, depending on the case and case in point, will be agreed and justified.
The postage costs will be charged to the customer, unless the return takes place in the store.

Security and privacy Data will not be passed on to third parties and will be treated confidentially .
Ti shop takes no responsibility in case of data loss.
Jurisdiction
All legal relationships are subject to Swiss law. The competent court Lugano.
