Shoyu BIO Fermented Soy Sauce Traditionally

Soy sauce is one of Japan’s most famous and exported products that has literally conquered the world, culinary-wise of course! It is a traditional condiment that is an integral part of Asian cuisine. Alnatura’s Shoyu soy sauce, is prepared according to the traditional Japanese fermentation process with 33 percent soybeans, water, a little sea salt and wheat flour. Five months of aging and selected organic ingredients give the sauce a truly unmistakable intense and spicy flavor. Of course, the product is also vegan.
